To toggle on or off the scorlling of the text or the image, just tap on the area with your finger or use a mouse and keyboard:
For mouse and keyboard: Clicking the mouse selects the area you want to toggle on and off. Tapping the space bar will toggle scrolling of the area on or off
For touch: The first touch will select the area. The second and subsequent touches will toggle scrolling on or off
